288wi offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:
- All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the time of placing a wager.
- 288wi reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator. Maximum payout limits are shown on the relevant market.
- Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
- For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic competitions — specific in-play rules apply. If a match is abandoned, reduced in overs or interrupted, settlement will follow the rules stated for that market.
- Bets on events that are postponed will be settled according to 288wi's event postponement policy. In most cases, bets remain valid if the event is rescheduled within a defined period. If no rescheduled date is confirmed within that period, bets are voided and stakes returned.
- In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, 288wi reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
- Suspicious betting patterns — including but not limited to placing bets designed to exploit obvious pricing errors — may result in bets being voided and accounts being reviewed.
288wi's live casino and slots sections are governed by the rules of the individual games as set by the relevant game providers. The following general terms apply across all casino and slots products on the platform:
- All casino and slot games on 288wi use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected violation and the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a violation is confirmed, funds associated with the violation may be forfeited.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact support via live chat. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to any applicable wagering requirements being met.
288wi provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable uptime and accurate information, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.
- 288wi is not liable for losses arising from technical outages, network failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- The platform is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses — including loss of profits or opportunity — arising from your use of the platform.
- 288wi's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the relevant period.
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from your use of outdated information, reliance on third-party tipping services, or decisions made based on your own assessment of odds or game outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms limits 288wi's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
